On the agenda…
Presentations were given by:
- Ian Holloway on the Sky-Watcher Star Adventurer which is an equatorial mount used in astro-photography. A camera is attached to the mount and the mount then rotates at the same speed as the earth’s rotation allowing for longer exposure times on a fix item in the sky (eg Milkway).
- David Ridgers with images taken at Mount Field – Tarn Shelf. The images were taken during winter months with good snow fall and ice forming on the tarns.
- Wayne Wagg’s images depicted his photography interest – portraiture. Wayne is a member of the Portrait Interest Group and also undertakes photography on behalf of variious Theatre Groups.
- Jan Perkins images touched a variety of subjects.
Andrew Fuller presented the Digital Challenge for January “Across the Summer Break”.
