Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting will be held 7.30pm Thursday 18 August 2016 at the Philip Smith Centre, 2 Edward Street, Glebe with the following business to be conducted:

  • Confirmation of minutes of 2015 Annual General Meeting
  • President’s report
  • Auditor’s report
  • Election of officers for 2016/2017:-
    President
    Vice-president (1)
    Treasurer
    Secretary
    Committee (6 vacancies)
  • Notice of motion to amend the constitution:
    Clause 30(1) be amended to read:
    (1) The annual subscription payable by members is to be the following sum:
    Forty dollars ($40.00) for a single membership, Fifty Dollars ($50.00) for a family membership, 50% of single membership for full time students and members living full time outside of Tasmania and who have been a member for at least two (2) years whilst a resident of Tasmania.

Raffle Winner

Congratulations to HPS club member David Ridgers who has won our raffle.

David has chosen “Running Monk” and also decided to donate the photograph to a hospital ward.

Today the club would like to announce details of its annual photography exhibition, displaying a wide variety of photographs and artwork produced by club members.
