Joshua Vince
Tasmanian Landscape photographer Joshua Vince gave an entertaining and informative talk on his photographic journey and the lengths he goes to to achieve his amazing images. We would love to welcome Joshua back again to see and hear more about his beautiful photos.

‘What is it?’
The last activity for the night was a ‘What is it?’ segment. Members had been asked to submit macro images, or parts of a larger image, for use in this exercise. Everyone at the meeting were divided into groups and the images submitted were shown on the big screen and the groups had to decide what the image was and write down their answers. This was a fun activity with plenty of debate and laughter – and a chocolate for the winners!

Digital Challenges
Across the break – To start the year off easy, there will be two Open sections in which I ask you to put images that you have taken in the time between the last meeting in December 2018 and the January 2019 meeting. There will be NO scoring in this month….the presentation will just be a slideshow of the images presented.
